Nail art for the New Year´s Eve

You need:
1. Nail lacquer in “dark Red”
2. Nail art liner in “White”
3. Nail art liner in “Gold-Metallic”
4. Nail art liner in “Blue-Glitter”
5. Nail art liner in “Fuchsia-Glitter”
6. Nail art liner in “Gold-Glitter”
7. Clear nail lacquer
8. French manicure templates
9. Nail lacquer in “Gold-Glitter”
10. Tweezers

Tip:
We recommend to begin with the thumb, because it has a larger working surface.

Step 1: Tweezers and the “Classic” French manicure template
Take up with the tweezers a “Classic” French manicure template and stick it on the fingernail over the smile-line.

Now press with the tweezers the French manicure template firmly on the fingernail.

The result should correspond approximately to the picture.

Step 2: Nail lacquer in the colour dark red
Paint the front part of the fingernail with the nail lacquer in the colour dark red.

Tip:
Try to apply evenly the colour, so that no irregularities are to be seen.

Tip:
If you have synthetic fingernails you should pay attention that the edge of the fingernail is also painted. This causes a perfect and consistent look of your fingernail.

Note:
Before you continue with step 3, wait until the nail lacquer on the fingernail is dried.

Step 3: Tweezers
Now remove carefully with the tweezers the French manicure template from the fingernail.

The result should correspond approximately to the picture.

Step 4: Nail lacquer in the colour gold-glitter
Now paint with the nail lacquer in the colour gold-glitter the left corner of the fingernail tip.

The nail art for the New Year´s Eve should correspond approximately to the picture.

Note:
Before you continue with step 5, wait until the nail lacquer on the fingernail is dried.

Step 5: Nail art liner in the colour white
Draw with the nail art liner in the colour white approximately in the middle over the smile-line a triangle.

Tip:
Before you use the nail art liner, you should strip the surplus lacquer of the brush at the edge of the bottle. Thus you can draw clean, fine lines.

Begin at the lower tip of the triangle and draw with the nail art liner a straight line.

Now draw at the lower end of the straight line a short horizontal line.

The motif illustrates a cocktail glass.

Draw with the nail art liner in white beside the first triangle a second triangle.

Begin again at the lower tip of the triangle and draw with the nail art liner a straight line.

Now draw at the lower end of the straight line a short horizontal line.

Before you continue with step 6, wait until the nail lacquer on the fingernail is dried.

Step 6: Nail art liner in the colours gold-metallic, blue-glitter, fuchsia-glitter and gold-glitter
Fill out with the nail art liner in the colour gold-metallic the inner surfaces from the two triangles.

Begin approximately in the middle below the upper edge of the fingernail and draw with the nail art liner in the colour blue-glitter a short line downward.

Now begin at the lower tip of the blue line and draw with the nail art liner in the colour fuchsia-glitter a line upward to the right side of the blue line.

Repeat the procedure and draw a line upward to the left side of the blue line.

Begin at the lower tip of the fuchsia lines and draw with the nail art liner in the colour gold-glitter a line upward to the right side of the fuchsia line.

Repeat the procedure and draw a line upward to the left side of the fuchsia line.

Note:
Before you continue with the last step, wait until the nail lacquer on the fingernail is dried.

Step 7: Clear nail lacquer
At the last step you have to paint over the entire fingernail with a clear nail lacquer.

The clear nail lacquer protects the nail art and gives the fingernail more gloss.

After the clear nail lacquer is dried, the nail art for the New Year´s Eve is finished.
