German national flag as fingernail motif

You need:
1. Nail lacquer in “Black”
2. Nail lacquer in “Red”
3. Nail lacquer in “Gold”
4. Clear nail lacquer
5. Strass stones in “Crystal”
6. Spot-Swirl or toothpick

Tip:
We recommend to begin with the thumb, because it has a larger working surface.

Step 1: Nail lacquers in the colours black, red and gold
Paint with the nail lacquer in the color black one-third of the fingernail tip.

Paint with the nail lacquer in the color red the second-third of the fingernail tip.

Now paint the remaining free nail surface at the fingernail tip with the nail lacquer in the color gold.

The nail art ‘German national flag as fingernail motif’ should correspond approximately to the picture.

Note:
Before you continue with step 2, wait until the nail lacquers on the fingernail is dried.

Step 2: Clear nail lacquer, the spot-swirl or a toothpick and the strass stones in crystal
Paint on the transition of the nail laquer and the free nail surface a thin layer of the clear nail lacquer, as attachment for the strass stones.

Moisten easily the tip of the spot-swirl or a toothpick and take up a strass stone, which should stick to the tip. Now set the strass stone on the damp clear nail lacquer.

Repeat the procedure for further strass stones.

Note:
Before you continue with the last step, wait until the clear nail lacquer on the fingernail is dried.

Step 3: Clear nail lacquer
At the last step you have to paint over the entire fingernail with a clear nail lacquer.

The clear nail lacquer protects the nail art and gives the fingernail more gloss.

After the clear nail lacquer is dried, the nail art ‘German national flag as fingernail motif’ is finished.
