Fingernail motif with beaten gold

You need:
1. Nail lacquer in “White”
2. Nail art liner in “Black”
3. Clear nail lacquer
4. Beaten gold
5. Tweezers

For preparation pick small pieces of the beaten gold with the tweezers and put it into a small container.

Tip:
We recommend to begin with the thumb, because it has a larger working surface.

Step 1: Nail lacquer in the colour white
Begin at the smile-line and paint with the nail lacquer in the colour white a line to the right edge of the fingernail.

The result should correspond approximately to the picture.

Note:
Before you continue with step 2, wait until the nail lacquer on the fingernail is dried.

Step 2: Nail art liner in the colour black
Now paint the fingernail tip with the nail art liner in the colour black, as left in the pictures shown.

Tip:
If you have synthetic fingernails you should pay attention that the edge of the fingernail is also painted. This causes a perfect and consistent look of your fingernail.

Draw with the nail art liner in the colour black three swung lines on the white nail lacquer.

The fingernail motif with beaten gold should correspond approximately to the picture.

Note:
Before you continue with step 3, wait until the nail lacquer on the fingernail is dried.

Step 3: Clear nail lacquer,the beaten gold and the tweezers
Paint on the fingernail surface a thin layer of the clear nail lacquer, as attachment for the beaten gold.

Take up with the tweezers a piece of the picked gold foil and put it on the damp clear nail lacquer.

Press with the tweezers the gold foil at the surface of the fingernail.

Repeat the procedures.

The fingernail motif with beaten gold should correspond approximately to the picture.

Note:
Before you continue with the last step, wait until the clear nail lacquer on the fingernail is dried.

Step 4: Clear nail lacquer
At the last step you have to paint over the entire fingernail with a clear nail lacquer.

The clear nail lacquer protects the nail art and gives the fingernail more gloss.

After the clear nail lacquer is dried, the fingernail motif with beaten gold is finished.
