Christmas cap as fingernail motif

You need:
1. Nail lacquer in “White”
2. Nail lacquer in “Red”
3. Nail art pen in “White”
4. Nail art liner in “Gold-Glitter”
5. Clear nail lacquer
6. Spot-Swirl or toothpick
7. Stellar strass stones in “Red”

Tip:
We recommend to begin with the thumb, because it has a larger working surface.

Step 1: Nail lacquer in the colour white
Begin below the smile-line and paint the fingernail tip with the nail lacquer in the colour white. Paint the nail surface with the brush from the left to the right side.

Tip:
If you have synthetic fingernails you should pay attention that the edge of the fingernail is also painted. This causes a perfect and consistent look of your fingernail.

Note:
You have to continue with step 2, before the nail lacquer is dried.

Step 2: Spot-Swirl or a toothpick and three stellar strass stones in red
Moisten easily the tip of the spot-swirl or a toothpick and take up a stellar strass stone, which should stick to the tip. Now set the strass stone in the middle of the painted area on the damp nail lacquer.

Repeat the procedure for two further stellar strass stones. Put the strass stones beside the first strass stone.

The result should correspond approximately to the picture.

Note:
Before you continue with step 3, wait until the nail lacquer on the fingernail is dried.

Step 3: Nail lacquer in the colour red and the nail art pen in the colour white
Begin at the left edge of the fingernail at the white nail lacquer and draw with the nail lacquer in the colour red a line to the upper center of the fingernail. At the end of the line paint a turn to the left.

Draw a second line to the right fingernail edge. Start at the upper tip of the first line and end the second line at the white nail lacquer.

Now draw a third line at the white nail lacquer.

Now fill the inner surface of the resulting triangle with the nail lacquer in colour red.

The motif illustrates a christmas cap.

Draw a big point on the upper tip of the triangle with the nail art pen in the colour white.

The Christmas cap as fingernail motif should correspond approximately to the picture.

Note:
Before you continue with step 4, wait until the nail lacquer on the fingernail is dried.

Step 4: Nail art liner in the colour gold-glitter
Now border with the nail art liner in the colour gold-glitter the surface with the red nail lacquer.

Tip:
Before you use the nail art liner, you should strip the surplus lacquer of the brush at the edge of the bottle. Thus you can draw clean, fine lines.

Step 5: Clear nail lacquer
At the last step you have to paint over the entire fingernail with a clear nail lacquer.

The clear nail lacquer protects the nail art and gives the fingernail more gloss.

After the clear nail lacquer is dried, the Christmas cap as fingernail motif is finished.
