Nail art motif with beaten gold and half pearls

You need:
1. Nail lacquer in “Black”
2. Clear adhesive tape
3. Cutter
4. Clear nail lacquer
5. Half pearls in several colours
6. Beaten gold
7. Tweezers
8. Spot-Swirl or toothpick

For preparation pick small pieces of the beaten gold with the tweezers and put it into a small container.

Tip:
We recommend to begin with the thumb, because it has a larger working surface.

Step 1: Clear adhesive tape, the cutter and the tweezers
Cut for preparation a piece clear adhesive tape. Take up the piece of the tape with the tweezers and stick it diagonally on the fingernail.

Press with the tweezers the tape firmly at the surface of the fingernail.

The result should correspond approximately to the picture.

Step 2: Nail lacquer in the colour black
Now paint the free fingernail surface with the nail lacquer in the colour black.

Tip:
Try to apply evenly the colour, so that no irregularities are to be seen.

Tip:
If you have synthetic fingernails you should pay attention that the edge of the fingernail is also painted. This causes a perfect and consistent look of your fingernail.

The result should correspond approximately to the picture.

Note:
Before you continue with step 3, wait until the nail lacquer on the fingernail is dried.

Step 3: Tweezers and the cear nail lacquer
Remove carefully with the tweezers the clear adhesive tape, as left in the pictures shown.

The result should correspond approximately to the picture.

Now paint on the transition of the nail lacquer and the free fingernail surface a thin layer of the clear nail lacquer.

Note:
You have to continue with step 4, before the clear nail lacquer is dried.

Step 4: Beaten gold and the tweezers
Take up with the tweezers a piece of the picked gold foil and put it on the damp clear nail lacquer.

Press with the tweezers the gold foil at the surface of the fingernail.

Repeat the procedures several times.

The nail art motif with beaten gold and half pearls should correspond approximately to the picture.

Note:
Before you continue with step 5, wait until the clear nail lacquer on the fingernail is dried.

Step 5: Clear nail lacquer, the spot-swirl or a toothpick and the half pearls in several colours
Set four drops of the clear nail lacquer, as attachment for the half pearls.

Moisten easily the tip of the spot-swirl or a toothpick and take up a half pearl, which should stick to the tip. Now set the half pearl on the damp clear nail lacquer.

Repeat the procedure for three further half pearls in several colours, as left in the pictures shown.

The nail art motif with beaten gold and half pearls should correspond approximately to the picture.

Note:
Before you continue with the last step, wait until the clear nail lacquer on the fingernail is dried.

Step 6: Clear nail lacquer
At the last step you have to paint over the entire fingernail with a clear nail lacquer.

The clear nail lacquer protects the nail art and gives the fingernail more gloss.

After the clear nail lacquer is dried, the nail art motif with beaten gold and half pearls is finished.
